I am a Life Coach/Relationship Coach. I will be that person to support individuals and couples who need to learn vital skills in relationships in marriages,romantic partnerships,family relationships and friendship relationships. I will help you put your problems into the background and very much focus on the future. Helping you rebuild your relationships in all aspects. Helping you overcome the emotional challenges,the pain and resentment that we all feel when a relationship falls apart. Helping you achieve the feeling that there is a future with or without your partner. I will help you make that decision and see you focus on what is the right decision for you. Helping you understand yourself and what your true feelings are and working out how we can work out strategies for you to move on and be happy with yourself and the decision you make for your future. I don’t make decisions for you I just listen to your story and help you realise what the future holds for you. My clients all know what the answer is but just need a little guidance as to how to get there. That is what I will do.

My ideal client is someone who is experiencing relationship difficulties, stress, needs help with positive thinking or perhaps your in a marriage/romantically involved relationship that is not working for whatever reason. It could be one partner could be having an affair, financial problems, health issues, jealousy,sexual problems. You could be in a relationship and you just don’t know how to get out of it as you don’t want to hurt your partner but feel that the zing that used to be there is no longer. It could be your relationship with your colleagues at work are very strained and you feel you don’t fit in. Or you could be a student and again are struggling to fit in.
I very much also like to help clients who need help with knowing which direction to take in life. You might be feeling really stuck at the moment. Feeling that you need a career change or perhaps thinking about changing location but that in itself can be really scary and we tend to stick with what we feel is safe so stay where we are but constantly knowing that there is something else. I can help you find that something else.

I will work with tools I have learnt and help you deal with your relationship problems in a different way. 
All relationship whichever type you are in, are all built up with trust,love,kindness,respect,sacrifice,understanding one another. I will help you achieve more understanding about your relationship in the form of better translating and clarifying. To encourage new ways of doing things and help you to observe if they work for you.

I myself have been through divorce and know the pain you feel when in my case I was betrayed by my husband and was left with two young children at the time. I can focus on my experiences 

As to. how I dealt with the pain and heartbreak and the feeling of desperation, the feeling of how I will cope, Is there a future for me, will I ever meet someone else and will I ever be happy? Well I can honestly say I have overcome all the possible issues that come with a breakup and have moments when I wasn’t quite sure how I would cope. Financially,mentally,physically and emotionally. But I can now look back and have learnt from my experience that you have to look forward. There is no good holding on to the past that is just bad news and you will never succeed in your life if you hold on to the past. There is always a new door that will open when one door closes and if you focus on that and want to move forward you will definitely be able to move on. That is where I can help.
