Equipped with a (BA) Psychology and my own self-healing journey, I delve deeper into self-improvement and have been fortunate to have found my soul’s purpose -- to create a safe and non-judgmental container for individuals committed to transform into their extrawdinary selves.

I'm a big believer that in order to understand our present, we need to deep dive into our past, pain + subconscious programming because nothing changes if nothing changes -- and that change begins first with us.

My mission is to guide you into awakening, healing and evolution into your true authentic selves, that will ripple out into your romantic and professional life. It is also important to know that my sessions are atypical from the counselling + coaching that you may find as I am transparent -- it's all about getting "raw" with ourselves.
