I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace.
I do not believe that a counsellor can specialise in everything, as it can spread support too thin. Instead, I focus on providing meaningful, tailored support in areas where I have extensive experience and understanding.

My approach is warm, calm and supportive. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable speaking openly without fear of judgement. Every person’s journey is different, which is why sessions are adapted around your personal experiences, needs and goals.
