Description

AA Euro Group is currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent on behalf of a client delivering large scale infrastructure works across the Birmingham area.

Option to work on either PAYE or LTDAccommodation can be providedLong term project Key Accountabilities:

Lead the preparation and planning for the delivery of the works, including resources, logistics, access, and construction readiness documentation.Manage, coordinate, and supervise the day-to-day site activities from construction through to close out and ensure the works are performed to the contract requirements.Manage, supervise, train and mentor the site team members to maintain high levels of operational control and support their professional development.Oversee the site supervision including subcontractors performance and make sure alignment with project objectives and milestonesManage the internal and external interfaces with regards to the execution of the works, ensuring effective communication and coordinationAdvise and assist the commercial team in the preparation of all necessary contractual notices and instructions (under NEC contract)Review, approve and manage the correct implementation of Method Statements Risk Assessments, and undertake periodic reviews.Prepare Temporary Works Design Briefs and Coordinate Temporary Works on site Essential Experience:

Engineering Degree holder, or similar equivalent, with multi-disciplinary breadthProven experience in managing subcontractors and working with a major contractorExcellent team player and team leader, reporting progress to the Project Manager / Construction ManagerHighly organised with good management and coordination skillsStrong on technical details and with good communication skillsWorking knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations and current legislation and standards associated with all engineering aspectsEssential SMSTS minimum qualified. Temporary Works Coordinator desired Applicants must have the right to work in the UK to be considered.
