**Skilled Multi-Trader Needed – Streatham, SW16 – Immediate Start**

Looking for an experienced, reliable multi-trader to join me from Day 1 on a structural/kitchen remodel in Streatham (SW16). Good mix of trades needed for the early stages of the job — mainly structural strip-out, propping and bricklaying to start.

**What the job involves (Day 1 onwards):**
- Installing temporary works/propping to retained walls ahead of demolition
- Removing a chimney breast on ground and first floor, and making good
- Stripping out a section of rear wall ready for a new steel beam
- Bricklaying / blockwork — forming padstone bearings, making good masonry after beam install, blocking up an opening to form a new window
- General strip-out (old kitchen, floors, WC)
- Working safely and accurately to structural engineer's drawings and site instructions
- Keeping the site tidy and working alongside other trades as the job progresses

**What you'll need:**
- Solid bricklaying and general building skills — comfortable with load-bearing wall alterations
- Experience with temporary works/propping on domestic refurb or extension jobs
- Chimney breast removal experience essential (know your gathering/corbel details)
- CSCS card
- Own tools; own transport a bonus
- Reliable, tidy worker who can read a structural drawing and get on with it

- Duration: Job expected to take 6 weeks, with chance for ongoing work for right candidate
- Hours: 8-430
- Tates: £20-25depending on experience, tools, transport, qualifications etc
