Sub Agent / Site Agent – Clean Water / Pipelines

Peace Recruitment is working with an established civil engineering contractor delivering a programme of clean-water infrastructure projects across Scotland.

They are looking to add an experienced Sub Agent / Site Agent to the team, with a strong background in clean-water pipelines, water mains and associated civil engineering works.

The work is made up of a number of smaller schemes rather than one large standalone project, so they need someone comfortable managing multiple sites/packages and taking responsibility for day-to-day delivery.

Duties will include:

* Managing clean-water and pipeline civils works

* Planning and sequencing site activities

* Coordinating direct labour and subcontractors

* RAMS, ITPs, QA and site documentation

* Client and project-team liaison

* Monitoring programme, materials and progress

* Managing site issues through to completion

We're looking for:

* Previous clean-water / water mains / pipeline experience

* Strong civil engineering background

* Experience as a Sub Agent, Site Agent or experienced Section/Senior Engineer

* Good understanding of Scottish Water-type projects/frameworks xjnqpsq

* Comfortable managing subcontractors and multiple work fronts

* Strong site delivery and communication skills

There can be some flexibility around location for someone with the right clean-water background.
