Our client is looking for an experienced Smoke Alarm Monitoring Officer

Mon-Tue 8:00-16:30

Wed- Thur 8:00 - 16:00

The role involves inspecting Street properties throughout Camden checking Smoke Alarms and identifying and reporting on any issues.

Carrying out minor repairs and installations.

Reporting on any communal issues related to Fire Safety Regulations, which will involve Signage, Communal Storage, and any other Health and Safety issues.

You will be required to report and remove hazardous storage in such instances you will normally be working with a colleague.

Where Signs are missing or need updating, you will be required to insatall these.

You will be working on site and will be mobile all day driving between jobs.

You will be meeting our residents and will need to provide excellent customer service skills. xjnqpsq
