Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce downtime and improve customer experience. Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders regarding facilities issues, planned works and timelines.

Strong communication skills, able to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Working knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices (e.g., HVAC, basic electrical/mechanical awareness, general building fabric). Experience using facilities management systems or maintenance scheduling tools to maintain accurate records. Relevant qualification in facilities management, building services, engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). Relevant certifications such as IOSH/NEBOSH (or equivalent) are desirable. Full UK driving licence (where required for site visits and contractor coordination).
