Salary: £36,000 per annum | Permanent

Location: Coventry

Hours: Monday - Friday | 40-48 hours per week

I'm recruiting for a leading UK company that's investing heavily in renewable energy and growing its residential Solar PV division.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solar Roof Installer to join a growing team, with excellent job security, ongoing training and genuine opportunities to progress as the division expands.

The Role

Working as part of a 2-3 person installation team, you'll be responsible for installing Solar PV systems on residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

Installing roof mounting systems and Solar PV panels on domestic properties

Preparing roofs, including removing and replacing tiles where required

Working safely at height

Using hand and power tools

Supporting electrical colleagues during installations

Carrying out site safety checks and maintaining a tidy working environment

Completing installations efficiently while maintaining high standards

Providing excellent customer service when working at customers' homes

What We're Looking For

Previous Solar PV installation experience - ESSENTIAL

Previous roofing experience

CSCS Card

Working at Height certification

Confident using hand and power tools

Full UK Driving Licence

Good understanding of health and safety

Reliable, hardworking and a good team player
