Legionella Risk Assessor - London
£36000-£40000 + Benefits (Car, 2 days for report writing)
My client is a large facility management consultancy and due to a flurry of new contracts are actively looking to add to their risk assessing team. Currently an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor is required to cover commercial contracts in the London area.
Duties for the Legionella Risk Assessor will include:
* Undertaking risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance.
* Assessing site requirements and provide detailed reports and recommendations for further work.
* Assisting with water hygiene works alongside the legionella compliance team.
* Preparing schematic drawings
To apply the Legionella Risk Assessor will have the following experience
* At least 4 years’ experience carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments on commercial water systems.
* Hold an industry recognised risk assessment qualification
* Sound understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.
* Experience in writing site reports and where needed schematic drawings.
* Full UK driving licence / DBS Checked
The Legionella Risk Assessor will be provided with 2 days a week to complete reports plus a company car, mobile, pension and company bonus. xjnqpsq Additional training will also be provided in plumbing and water hygiene where needed.
