Description
My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver water infrastructure works in Northampton, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have previous experience working on water projects and a strong civil engineering background.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
Managing day-to-day site operations on water schemes. Supervising site teams and subcontractors. Overseeing civil engineering works on water infrastructure projects. Liaising with the client and project management team. Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance. Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation. Coordinating labour, plant and materials. Monitoring quality and ensuring works are delivered to programme. Site Manager Requirements:
Black or Gold CSCS. SMSTS. Previous experience working on water or water treatment schemes. Strong civil engineering background. Experience managing site teams and subcontractors. Good understanding of RAMS, health and safety and quality procedures. IT literate. Full UK driving licence. The next steps to apply for the role!
