Site Manager - Industrial & Logistics

Location: Northampton

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading organisation delivering major industrial and logistics projects.

This is a senior-level opportunity for an established Site Manager with a strong background in delivering complex construction projects and the confidence to take ownership of projects from inception through to completion.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major industrial and logistics schemes, managing all aspects of project delivery while working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

delivery of major industrial and logistics projectsManaging project programmes, budgets, risks and resourcesCoordinating consultants, contractors and project stakeholdersOverseeing projects from pre-construction through to completionManaging project reporting and governanceDriving programme, cost, quality and safety performanceIdentifying and managing project risks and opportunitiesProviding leadership to project teams and ensuring effective communication across all parties

About You

We are looking for a Site Manager with proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally within industrial, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing or similar sectors.

You should have:

A strong track record of successfully delivering complex projectsStrong commercial and contractual awarenessExperience managing consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication and leadership skillsThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentRelevant construction or project management qualifications
