Site Manager – Edinburgh

£25 – £27 per hour | ASAP Start

Our client is a growing Scottish construction business delivering social housing framework contracts across the Central Belt, including kitchen & bathroom refurbishments, EWI and roofing works.

Due to increased contract wins, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team delivering works across Edinburgh & the Lothians.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Managing Health & Safety on site

* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard

* Overseeing a variety of trades and labour

* Coordinating daily works across property upgrade projects

* Working closely with the client, contractors and site teams

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience working on social housing, void properties or property refurbishment/upgrades.

SSSTS or SMSTS and First Aid are essential.
