Salary: GBP55,000 GBP60,000

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects across a varied portfolio, including schools, residential housing, and commercial developments. This is a hands–on role requiring strong leadership on site, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and trades to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Manage day–to–day site operations across education, residential, and commercial projectsLead and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teamsEnsure all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company standardsMonitor programme progress and ensure key milestones are achievedConduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the build processLiaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders effectivelyMaintain accurate site records, reports, and documentationResolve on–site issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager within constructionStrong background delivering projects across schools, residential housing, and commercial buildsExcellent understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and site managementSMSTS, CSCS (Black Card preferred), and First Aid certificationStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and safety What s on Offer Competitive salary of GBP55,000 GBP60,000Opportunity to work across diverse and interesting projectsStrong pipeline of secured workCareer progression within a growing environmentSupportive and professional team culture
