Are you an experienced Site Agent with rail expereince looking for your next contract with an established Tier 1 Contractor?

Randstad CPE is currently recruiting for a Site Agents to work in Liverpool on a high profile rail project.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working on multi-discipline rail projects and station upgrades.

Role Brief:

Working closely with the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities, administration, documentation, and supply chain partners to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractorsOversee project documentation and site records, ensuring compliance with project and client requirementsManage permits, site paperwork, inspection records, and quality documentationMonitor supply chain performance and coordinate subcontractor activitiesSupport programme delivery, identifying and escalating risks and delays where requiredEnsure works are carried out safely and in accordance with approved methodologiesAttend progress meetings and provide regular updates to the Senior Project ManagerLiaise with client representatives, stakeholders, subcontractors, and the wider project teamSupport commercial and procurement activities as required Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a Site Agent, Site Manager, Sub-Agent, or similar construction delivery role. Rail experience is welcome but is not essential for the right candidate.SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid qualifications with CSCS gold cardExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple work activitiesAbility to maintain accurate project records and documentationGood communication and stakeholder management skillsFull UK driving licenceAPPLY NOW!
