Location: Gloucestershire

Rate: Up to 450 per day

Contract: Interim Ongoing

Spencer Clarke Group are supporting a public sector organisation in the Gloucestershire area to appoint an experienced Senior Estates Surveyor on an interim basis.

This is a hands–on estates and property management role supporting a varied corporate property portfolio. You will provide pragmatic advice to internal stakeholders and respond to external enquiries while managing core landlord and tenant matters.

Responsibilities include

Day–to–day property management across a corporate/commercial portfolioLease renewals, rent reviews, and wider landlord and tenant mattersHandling and advising on service charge queries and reconciliationsAcquisitions and disposals, including instructing and managing external advisersEasements and wayleaves work and associated negotiationsSupporting or leading property valuations activity as requiredProviding clear written and verbal property advice to internal departments

About you

Strong experience in commercial estates / corporate propertyProven delivery across L&T, service charges, acquisitions/disposals, and easements/wayleavesConfident stakeholder management and ability to work at paceLocal Authority background is desirable (or strong equivalent public sector experience)
