Your new role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll lead a variety of projects across industrial, office, and retail sectors. You'll provide professional services including dilapidations, project management, technical due diligence, and building surveys. This is a client–facing role with autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver building surveys, schedules of condition, and defect analysisManage refurbishment and development projects from inception to completionPrepare and negotiate dilapidation claimsUndertake technical due diligence and pre–acquisition surveysProvide expert advice to clients and support business developmentWhat you'll need to succeed

MRICS qualified with proven experience in commercial surveyingStrong technical knowledge and project management skillsExcellent communication and client–facing abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamA proactive approach to problem–solving and service delivery
