We are working with a growing residential property management company is looking for a proactive and organised Romanian speaking Administrator to support its busy Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Property Managers with day–to–day administrationActing as a first point of contact for residents, clients and contractorsManaging emails, calls and correspondenceCoordinating maintenance requests and contractor visitsMaintaining accurate property and compliance recordsPreparing letters, notices, reports and meeting documentationProcessing invoices and updating internal systemsAbout You:

Previous administration experienceRomanian language skills Strong organisational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)Professional, customer–focused and able to manage multiple prioritiesProperty experience is beneficial but not essentialThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a long–term career within residential property management.
