Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO)
Location: London (Camden)
Start Date: Monday 09/11/2026
Duration: Ongoing (March 2027 – further work likely)
Rate: 22 per hour 8 hours per day
Mileage/Travel: Paid between sites
I'm working with a contractor who is looking for an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer to support a social housing refurbishment contract in Camden, London.
The Role:
Acting as the main point of contact for residents throughout the refurbishment works.Liaising with tenants to explain upcoming works, timescales and any disruption.Arranging access to properties and coordinating appointments with site teams.Handling resident queries, concerns and complaints professionally.Keeping residents updated on progress and resolving any issues that arise.Working closely with site management and subcontractors to ensure works run smoothly.Key Requirements:
Previous experience as a Tenant Liaison Officer within social housing or refurbishment.Confident communicating with residents and dealing with queries or complaints.Strong organisational and administration skills.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
