The Role

This is an opportunity to join a leading main contractor delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across multiple sectors, taking ownership of quality processes on site. The Quality Manager will play a key role in embedding best practice on site, driving right-first-time delivery, and working closely with project, design and supply chain teams to ensure standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans Lead quality assurance and control processes across a large new build project Carry out regular site inspections, audits and compliance reviews Manage inspection and test plans (ITPs), quality records and handover documentation Support project teams with technical and quality-related queries Investigate and resolve defects and non-conformances Work closely with design, construction and subcontractor teams to improve build quality Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability for quality
