About Your New Job

As a Property Supervisor, you will:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of a student accommodation property, ensuring exceptional service standards and operational efficiency.

* Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture built on professionalism and service excellence.

* Take ownership of safety, compliance, and facilities management, including regular inspections, maintenance coordination, and emergency response.

* Manage occupancy, resident administration, check-ins/check-outs, and collaborate with university and welfare teams to support students’ experiences.

* Supervise financial operations including budgeting, rent collection, cost control, and drive occupancy and revenue in partnership with sales and marketing.

* Build relationships with key stakeholders including universities, contractors, landlords, and local authorities.

* Represent the property at events, open days, and within the wider community.

What Skills You Need

* Previous experience in property management, student accommodation, hospitality, or residential operations.

* Demonstrated team leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills with the ability to resolve problems and manage priorities.

* Knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.

* Ability to manage budgets and achieve operational targets.

* Confident with IT, property management systems, and Microsoft Office. xjnqpsq
