Property Block Manager – Fully Remote London Portfolio

We're hiring an experienced Block Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential developments across London. Fully remote, with site visits as needed.

What You'll Do:

Manage a portfolio of leasehold blocks across LondonHandle budgets, service charges, and financial reportingBuild strong client relationships – be their go–toCoordinate maintenance, compliance, and major works (Section 20)Attend and lead AGMs and residents' meetingsKeep everything running smoothly – from site inspections to contractor management

About You:

2+ years' block management experienceIRPM qualified or working towardsConfident communicator and highly organisedUK driving licence & access to a vehicle for site visits
