We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Project Coordinator with experience of supporting the delivery of construction, fit-out or FF&E projects within Commercial or Workplace environments. Key responsibilities include:

·Managing the full FF&E project lifecycle from procurement to installation and handover.

·Attend regular site meetings - coordinating suppliers, contractors, installation teams and clients to ensure seamless project delivery.

·Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets and progress reports.

·Negotiating with suppliers to achieve best value whilst maintaining design quality.

·Managing project risks, resolving issues proactively and protecting commercial performance.

·Supporting site activities, quality inspections and final snagging.

·Ensuring all project documentation, health & safety requirements and compliance standards are maintained.

About You

You'll be an organised, commercially aware project professional with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.

You'll ideally have:

·Previous construction project coordination / project management experience, ideally within Education or Commercial Workplace Interiors.

·Must have the flexibility and enthusiasm to attend regular site visits to support projects throughout the UK.

·Experience interpreting design drawings, specifications and finish schedules.

·Strong procurement, supplier management and budget control experience.

·Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.

·Current CSCS card (ideally Black Card)

·Experience producing and managing RAMS.

·Full UK driving license

What's on Offer

·Excellent salary package.

·25 days annual leave plus your birthday off.

·Healthcare scheme.

·Death in Service benefit.

·Fully funded training and clear career development opportunities.

·Employee Assistance Programme with wellbeing benefits and discounts.

·Team incentives and referral rewards.

·Regular team events and away days.

·Discounted gym membership.

·Long-term career progression within a growing and highly respected business.

If you're an experienced Project Coordinator looking to join a collaborative business where you'll have genuine ownership of projects and a clear pathway for progression, we'd love to hear from you.
