Oxford | £320 per day | Outside IR35

Initial 8-Month Contract | On-Site | Immediate Requirement

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a hospital construction project in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile healthcare scheme, managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site activities and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Monitor programme progress and maintain project timelines.

Produce site reports and maintain project documentation.

Coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' construction site management experience.

Valid SMSTS and CSCS certifications.

Strong IT and reporting skills.

Proven leadership and organisational abilities.

Hospital or healthcare project experience is desirable.

Contract Details

Location: Oxford

Duration: Initial 8 months (with potential extension)

Rate: £320 per day

IR35: Outside IR35
