Overview:
Our Client is seeking a Plumber to join our growing team. You will need to have an NVQ L2 or CSCS Blue.
Ideally you will also have experience in residential/social housing properties. We are looking for a keen self–starter, with a focus on quality and in particular an excellent problem solver.
As a company they carry out planned and reactive maintenance works, along with building projects and property refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out responsive repairs across social housing properties. Complete plumbing repairs, including taps, toilets, leaks and waste pipes. Undertake basic carpentry repairs to doors, locks, handles, skirting and other timber fixtures. Diagnose faults and ensure repairs are completed to a high standard. Communicate professionally with tenants and keep work areas clean and safe. Follow health and safety procedures at all times. Apply now & one of the team will reach out.
