The People Advisor will support the Human Resources team in a property–focused organisation, ensuring smooth HR operations and providing advice on employee–related matters. This temporary role is based in Manchester and offers an hourly rate between 14.00 and 18.00.

Description

Provide professional advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.Assist with employee relations, including handling queries and resolving concerns effectively.Support recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions and organising interviews.Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing contracts and conducting inductions.Collaborate with the wider HR team to support organisational goals and strategies.Provide administrative support for HR processes, including payroll and performance management.Profile

A successful People Advisor should have:

Previous experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the property industry.A solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with employees at all levels.Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.A proactive attitude and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.Job Offer
