Multi Trade Tutor - ideally with joinery experience

£35k Permanent - Full Time Monday to Thursday on site, Admin day Friday

Trafford Park, Manchester

Our client are recruiting for a Multi Trade Tutor to deliver, and continuously enhance high‑quality training to learners aged 16-18 on their NOCN Diploma. In this role, you’ll support learners to achieve meaningful outcomes by developing their knowledge, skills, behaviours, and attitudes. We are looking for candidates who share the same values - Build on success, Do the right thing, empower people, make a positive difference and stronger together. This role is based at the Trafford Park Skills Centre Full Time - teaching to 16-18 year olds Level 1's on an NOCN Diploma. It is an introductory vocational qualification designed to provide learners with fundamental practical skills and health and safety knowledge across core construction trades

Have you taught young adults the NOCN Diploma - multi trades level 1 ?

If you would like to transition into education and have all the relevant skills and construction experience, our client will help you with regards to training and support.

Core Subject Areas:

* Construction Health and Safety

* Construction Multiskills & hand skills

* Basic elements of trades like carpentry & joinery, brickwork & masonry, and painting & decorating

* Practical tools and equipment usage

* Employability, communication, and teamwork skills

Skills Required

* Vocational industry experience within the specialist subject area - ideally Joinery

* Experience working to teaching and learning quality standards ideally however my client will consider candidates who with to transition into education.

* Some experience in teaching, learning and assessment ideally.

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

* Strong organisational and workload‑planning abilities.

* Effective coaching skills to support learner development.

* Creative ability to design innovative, engaging and impactful learning materials. xjnqpsq
