Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Multi Plumber to join a Social Housing Contractor on a permanent basis, covering Croydon and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will work within occupied social housing properties, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance while delivering excellent customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.Complete a variety of plumbing works including: Repairing leaksReplacing taps, toilets, and sinksPipework repairsFault finding and general plumbing maintenanceUndertake associated multi-trade tasks such as: Basic carpentryTilingPatch plasteringPainting and decoratingProvide a professional and customer-focused service to residents.Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.Optional participation in out-of-hours call-out work.

Requirements
