We are currently looking for an experienced Multi–Trader / Multi Skilled Operative to join a professional maintenance team working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties throughout London.

This is a mobile role ideal for a skilled maintenance professional with strong all–round trade experience who enjoys a varied, hands–on position and takes pride in delivering high–quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities General building maintenance dutiesGeneral carpentry worksGeneral plumbing repairs and installationsMinor decorating and painting worksFurniture repairsInstallation of shelves and window restrictorsCarrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasksProcuring materials and equipment required for worksCompleting worksheets and reports via mobile app technologyTravelling between multiple client sites across London Requirements Proven experience across multiple trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and general maintenanceMinimum 5 years experience within the building or maintenance industryPrevious experience working within commercial and/or residential maintenance environmentsGood understanding of health & safety proceduresCity & Guilds qualification or equivalent preferredFull UK Driving Licence beneficial but not essentialComfortable using smartphones and handheld technologyStrong work ethic with a reliable and flexible attitudeWillingness to work overtime and out–of–hours when requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsHigh standards of workmanship and attention to detailMust be willing to undergo company–funded security screening clearance What s on Offer Permanent, full–time roleCompetitive salary packageDiverse and varied work across London propertiesSupportive and professional working environmentLong–term career progression opportunities
