Package: Highly competitive salary + car allowance and great benefits

Location: Marlborough, Wiltshire commutable from Swindon, Chippenham, Melksham, Andover, Thatcham etc.

Role: Lettings Negotiator aka Lettings Consultant, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Property Consultant, Residential Lettings Consultant, Estate Agency Negotiator

You ll manage the lettings journey from initial enquiry through to completion, registering applicants, matching properties, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing tenancies. You ll also play an important role in generating new business, building landlord relationships, securing new instructions and ensuring full legislative compliance.

About you

You'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive commercial mindset, strong customer service skills and a full UK driving licence. Previous residential lettings or estate agency experience is preferred.
