Hinckley Based Salary: GBP15 per hour

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a Farm Labourer to join a busy agricultural operation in the Hinckley area. This is a hands-on role requiring a reliable, hardworking individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for general labouring duties, including heavy lifting and repetitive physical work.

Essential:

Own reliable transport due to the rural locationPhysically fit and able to carry out heavy liftingReliable, punctual and hardworking Desirable:

Previous agricultural warehouse or manual labour experiencePrevious experience working outdoorsWillingness to undertake repetitive physical work Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out general labouring duties as requiredUndertake heavy lifting and manual handling safely and efficiently.Complete repetitive tasks to a consistent standard while maintaining good attention to detail.Follow instructions from supervisors regarding daily tasks and work schedules.Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues.Maintain excellent timekeeping and attendance.Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.Wear suitable work clothing and PPE where required.Be flexible and willing to undertake a variety of manual tasks.Undertaking any other reasonable farm duties as directed by the company.Be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when required.Undertaking any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the company. As Farm Labourer, you will also be expected to:

Follow all site and farm health and safety procedures.Ensure all documentation is submitted to Head Office no later than the following Monday after works are completed.Take reasonable care of your own safety and the safety of others at all times. Health, Safety & Compliance
