Full–time, Permanent Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm Agile Working Across Dorset

Location: Poole, United Kingdom

Salary: Up to 50,000 per year

Our client is seeking a passionate and results–driven Area Housing Manager to join their Housing Services Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of high–quality housing management services across a varied portfolio, including general needs housing, supported accommodation, and intensive management schemes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

Lead and inspire a team through coaching, mentoring, and performance managementOversee tenancy management, income collection, allocations, voids, and estate servicesWork collaboratively with customers and partners to deliver person–centred servicesEmbrace innovation and adapt to a dynamic environmentApply a problem–solving mindset with resilience and empathyChampion regulatory compliance, value for money, and service excellence
