We are seeking an exceptional, strategic and operational leader to oversee a complex, high-profile contract spanning 9 sites and a team of approximately 250. This is a high-energy, multifaceted environment bringing together hospitality, elevated workplace dining, bespoke catering, events, and pantry services - where creativity, adaptability and exceptional standards are simply the norm!

Main Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across 9 sites, ensuring seamless delivery at scaleRapidly develop and execute clear, actionable plans - bringing strategy to life with pace and precisionDrive innovation across food concepts, responding to frequent bespoke menu requestsAct as a trusted partner to the client, confidently pivoting in line with evolving directionLead change management initiatives across a complex, fast-moving contractMaintain strong financial oversight, ensuring commercial performance and sustainable growthRemain calm, decisive, and solutions-focused under pressure Person Specification
