DOMESTIC GAS & WET WORKS ENGINEER

SUBCONTRACT | SOCIAL HOUSING | NORTH WEST & WEST LONDON

Regen Solutions is recruiting experienced Gas Safe Registered Domestic Gas Engineers for ongoing subcontract work with an established social housing contractor across North West & West London.

THE ROLE

Working in occupied social housing properties, duties include:

Boiler installations, replacements and conversions

Heating system upgrades and radiator installations

Gas appliance and pipework works

Gas safety checks, commissioning and testing

Fault finding and remedial works

Domestic plumbing and wet works

Toilets, taps, basins, showers and mixers

Leak repairs and clearing blockages

Completing relevant certificates and job documentation

REQUIREMENTS

Current Gas Safe Registration

CCN1 & CENWAT minimum

Proven domestic boiler installation experience

Strong heating and plumbing/wet works skills

Full UK Driving Licence

Own tools

Professional and reliable approach

Comfortable working independently in occupied homes

CKR1, CPA1, MET1 and Unvented Hot Water advantageous.
