Freelance Project Manager - 7.5m CAT A Cut & Carve

Location: Oxford Circus, Central London

Salary / Package: Competitive, depending on experience

Project: 7.5m CAT A cut & carve

Duration: ASAP to November 2026, with the possibility of further work afterwards

I'm working with a contractor who needs a heavy-hitting Project Manager to take the lead on a 7.5m CAT A cut and carve project right in the heart of Oxford Circus.

This is not a role for someone who has only delivered standard office fit-out. The cut and carve experience is essential. You'll be taking ownership of a major London project where structural alteration, programme management, coordination and delivery experience really matter.

What you'll be doing:

Take overall responsibility for the delivery of a 7.5m CAT A cut and carve project Own the programme from start through to completion Manage subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team Drive quality, programme and commercial performance Manage client relationships and keep communication tight throughout Coordinate the complexities that come with a live cut and carve environment Make sure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard What we're looking for:

Proven Project Manager experience on major commercial fit-out projects Strong cut and carve experience - essential Experience delivering projects around the 5m+ mark Strong CAT A experience Confident managing clients, subcontractors and project teams Able to take ownership and make decisions without being hand-held Strong programme and delivery management skills Available to start ASAP The project runs through to November 2026, with the possibility of further work afterwards for the right person.
