M&E Manager – Part Time

Bromley | 2 days per week | London-based commercial and leisure project

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Manager to join an established main contractor on a part-time basis.

Working from the company’s Bromley office, you will provide in-house mechanical and electrical expertise during the PCSA stages of a commercial and leisure development in London.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Reviewing the development of the mechanical and electrical design

* Checking designs for coordination, compliance and buildability

* Identifying potential design issues and recommending practical solutions

* Liaising with the internal project team, consultants and specialist contractors

* Supporting the project through the pre-construction and PCSA stages

* Ensuring the M&E design aligns with the project programme and requirements

The successful candidate will have strong M&E management experience gained with a main contractor and a thorough understanding of design development during pre-construction. xjnqpsq Previous experience on commercial or leisure projects would be advantageous.

This is a part-time position requiring attendance at the Bromley office two days per week
