Rate of Pay: GBP21.50 per hour (CIS) Project Duration: 4 years Working Pattern: 10 days on / 4 days off Shift Hours: 10 hours per shift Location: Scotland Start Date: September
About the Role This is a long–term opportunity on a major construction project in Scotland. We are looking for an experienced, reliable 360 Excavator Operator looking for consistent, well–paid work over an extended programme. The project offers excellent earning potential with a structured rotation pattern.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on a large–scale construction project Carrying out bulk excavation, reduced level dig and trench excavation works Working closely with the groundworks team and site management to ensure programme is maintained Completing pre–use checks on plant and reporting defects promptly Adhering to site safety rules, traffic management plans and exclusion zones at all times Supporting backfill and compaction operations as required Requirements
Valid CPCS (A59) or NPORS card for 360 Excavator essential CSCS card essential Minimum 2 years proven operating experience in a civils or groundworks environment Experience of working on large–scale construction or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of site safety and method statements Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desirable
Experience on brownfield or remediation projects Additional CPCS/NPORS plant tickets (dumper, roller etc.) Banksman/slinging certificate
