Duties:
PPMs & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Organising subcontractors Quotations Health & Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work
Requirements:
City and Guilds/ NVQ electrical qualification or equivalent Building Services Maintenance experience Career driven and motivated Polite and personable
Benefits:
