Are you an experienced Estimator looking to join a market-leading principal contractor delivering complex demolition, earthworks and civil engineering projects across some of the UK's most challenging sectors?

Our client is a highly respected contractor with a strong reputation for safely delivering large-scale demolition, remediation and enabling works projects nationwide. Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.

Location: Derby / East Midlands

Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP70,000 (DOE) + package

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissionsReview tender documentation, specifications and drawingsObtain and analyse subcontractor and supplier quotationsUndertake site visits and risk assessmentsDevelop pricing strategies and value engineering solutionsLiaise with operational, commercial and bid teamsSupport negotiations and client presentations where requiredMaintain accurate estimating records and cost databases What We're Looking For

Proven estimating experience within demolition or civil engineering (3+ years).Strong commercial awareness and analytical skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office packages If you're looking to progress your career with one of the UK's leading demolition and civil engineering contractors, we'd love to hear from you.
