Description
My client is a high performing School based across a number of sites in the capital and North London- they are seeking an Estates Operations Manager with Education experience to join their team.
Please note- only candidates with an education or college estates management background will be considered.
Anticipated salary for this role- GBP50K- GBP57K, depending on experience.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to-
Oversight of sites for the School Leadership.Management of onsite estates and facilities teams.Liaise with contractors, central trust team and school leadership for ongoing projects.Work with existing site and estates staff to maintain site safety and productivityConsult with Heads and Teachers to ensure all work planning is completed effectively and efficiently, taking into account suggestions and ideas for improvements "on site"Travel to sites as requiredPlease note that this role will be on site with occasional travel to other sites.
