Electrical Tester / Appointed Person
£26.70 per hour (PAYE only) Uplift after 37.5 hours
Temp-to-Perm
43 hours per week
Various projects across London & the South East
1st Step Solutions are looking for an Electrical Tester / Appointed Person to work across multiple projects in London, this is a long term position, to be taken on directly later.
This is a combination role where 20-30% of the role is AP work and the rest is testing and on the tools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Testing and certification of electrical installations where required or requested.
General electrical installation when there is no testing or SAP duties.
A monthly inspection of all electrical projects in London and south east region to ensure compliance with company code of practice is being maintained.
IT skills to maintain records of all testing and inspection in relation to the code of practice and feeding into national database if required. xjnqpsq
Attendance to any meeting required under the SAP role and Liaison with national SAP manager
Requirements:
JIB Card | Approved Electrician
2391 or 2394/5
18th Edition
First Aid (can be arranged by the client)
SMSTS (can be arranged by the client
Previous experience as an Appointed Person
