Contracts Manager - RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee delivery of small to large ground investigation projects from planning through to completionEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to high technical standardsManage contract performance, including cost control, forecasting, and profitabilityProvide coaching, mentoring, performance management, and support to your teamCoordinate resources and support project planning and problem resolutionReview project outputs and ensure compliance with industry and company standardsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and technical specialistsPromote a strong Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) cultureSupport efficient operation of the regional office and facilitiesContribute to business development, identify new opportunities, and expand professional networks

Contracts Manager - REQUIREMENTS

Degree qualified in Geology or a related disciplineExperience managing contracts, projects, or operations within the ground investigation industryCommercially minded with experience managing project finances and operational performanceConfident communicator capable of engaging with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.Skilled in balancing multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.SMSTS certified.Flexible to travel occasionally as required.
