This is a leasing role you'll have never seen before.

Our client is a fast–growing rental housing owner investing heavily across the UK and building a modern, technology–led leasing function from the ground up. They're scaling quickly, expanding across multiple regions and creating high–quality rental communities that genuinely put residents first.

You'll take ownership of a growing portfolio across Sheffield and the surrounding area, helping residents find their next home while playing a key role in a business with ambitious growth plans. What You'll Be Doing:

Following up with prospects via phone, email and WhatsAppConverting enquiries into applications and move–insManaging applicants throughout the leasing journeyConducting viewings and building strong customer relationshipsOwning and developing your patch across Sheffield and the surrounding areaProgressing applications through referencing and tenancy stagesManaging listings and ensuring property information remains accurateProviding market feedback, customer insight and leasing trends

What We're Looking For:
