Construction Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Im building a network of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across the North for upcoming permanent opportunities with established construction businesses.

The roles range from GBP2m projects through to major programmes, across Yorkshire, the North East, North West and Humberside.

Im particularly interested in people with:

- Proven end-to-end delivery experience from pre-construction through to handover

- Strong ownership of programme, cost, quality and client relationships

- SMSTS and CSCS

- Main contractor experience

- Experience across healthcare, education, commercial, industrial, residential/BTR, fit-out, refurbishment or public-sector construction

- Relevant construction qualification where applicable

- Full UK driving licence

- Particularly valuable experience

- Refurbishment, cut-and-carve or work in occupied/live environments

- Public-sector and framework delivery

- Managing multiple concurrent projects

- Complex stakeholder environments
