Role: Cleaning Plant Operative - Waste Transfer Station
IMMEDIATE START
Location: Ruislip
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm
Pay: £13.70 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Start: Immediate Start Available
Must have Safety boots and hi viz
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and safety-focused Cleaning Plant Operative to support operations at a busy waste transfer station in Ruislip. The role involves plant and equipment wash downs, supporting operational safety, and maintaining compliance with strict Health & Safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out wash downs of plant, machinery, and operational equipment
Cleaning designated areas within the waste transfer station in line with site procedures
Supporting safe and compliant site operations at all times
Operating cleaning equipment safely and correctly
Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with Health & Safety and environmental standards
Identifying and reporting hazards, faults, and incidents promptly
Supporting smooth day-to-day operations within a busy waste transfer environment
Working collaboratively as part of the site teamRequirements
Previous experience in industrial cleaning, waste, xjnqpsq recycling, or similar environments (desirable but not essential)
Strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures
Ability to work in a physically demanding, outdoor environment
Good attention to detail and reliability
Team player with a proactive attitudeWhat We Offer

Weekly pay
Monday-Friday working pattern (10:00am-6:00pm)
