Class 2 Drivers wanted for a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity in Horsham.

Are you an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for stable, full-time work with a supportive team and long-term career prospects? We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client in Horsham for a reliable Class 2 Driver to join their waste collection operation.

This role involves driving a dustcart and working alongside two loaders to collect household and commercial waste. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for Class 2 Drivers seeking a permanent position after a successful temporary period.

Job Details

* Position: Class 2 Driver

* Location: Horsham

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 05:30am - 2:00pm/2:30pm

* Weekly Hours: 42 hours

* Pay Rate: £19.00 per hour (Umbrella)

* Bank Holidays: Triple pay

* Type: Temp to Perm

Key Responsibilities

* Drive a Class 2 dustcart on domestic and commercial waste collection routes

* Work as part of a three-person crew

* Assist with loading and unloading when required

* Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects

* Follow company health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

* Valid UK Category C (Class 2) Licence

* Valid CPC Qualification Card

* Digital Tachograph Card

* Previous experience as a Class 2 Driver or HGV Driver

* Own transport due to site location

* Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

* Physically fit and able to assist with loading duties when required
