Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join an established contractor/developer on a temp-to-perm basis. The successful candidate will have a strong background delivering large-scale residential developments, ideally gained with a leading PLC housebuilder.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
*
Manage subcontractors, site teams and construction activities.
*
Drive build programmes, monitor progress and resolve site issues.
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality control and customer satisfaction.
*
Liaise with senior management, commercial teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
*
Proven Senior Site Manager experience within a PLC residential developer/housebuilder.
*
Strong track record delivering volume housing or multi-unit residential schemes.
*
Excellent leadership, programming and subcontractor management skills. xjnqpsq
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
