The types of projects include:

Single / double storey and wrap around extensions Internal Refurbishments Room Repurposing / Garage Conversions Office rip-outs / re-fits The ideal person should possess their own van, tools and they should live in (or around) the Bromley, Croydon, Lewisham (or relative) areas.

1st / 2nd fix Carpentry should be your main trade, but it would be highly beneficial if you were also proficient in some of the following:
