Bricklaying Supervisor
Immediate Start | Ongoing Contract
Day Rate - £280-£320 per day (CIS)
ARC are recruiting for an experienced Bricklaying Supervisor to join an ongoing project in Bradwell Norfolk.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Bricklaying Supervisor with a strong bricklaying background, who can lead a team of bricklayers while remaining actively involved in the works on site.
The Role:
Organising site bricklayers and labourers day to day, keeping works flowing.
Identifying and reporting issues and delays quickly.
Liaising with the site manager, contracts manager, and planning works.
Making sure quality work is being produced.
Recording bricklayers hours and times on each area using the Site Manager Pro app.
Setting out where required and laying bricks. On average, the supervisory works will take up 2–3 hours of each day.
High level of brickwork knowledge and trowel skills, this is supervising and laying bricks.
Punctual, reliable, and honest.
Confident in making decisions.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Bricklaying Supervisor
A hands-on approach with the ability to lead and motivate a gang
