Key Responsibilities

Support the co-ordination and distribution of architectural, engineering and statutory design information from pre-construction to handover.

Assist in clearing building regulations, NHBC/warranty conditions and section agreements (S38, S104, S278).

Liaise with external consultants, local authorities, statutory undertakers and internal commercial/production teams.

Review working drawings and technical details for buildability, cost-efficiency and compliance.

Attend design team meetings, site progress reviews and technical workshops.

Assist in resolving site queries promptly to prevent programme delays.

Experience & Qualifications

Background within UK residential housebuilding (either developer or contractor side) or residential architectural/consultancy practice.

Working knowledge of current UK Building Regulations, NHBC standards and the planning process.

HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline (desirable).

Proficiency in reading and auditing technical drawings.
